I’m very proud to introduce to you my collab with Double Stitched, the Fanny Pack! Creating my own bag was something I always wanted to do so I’m very excited to see this dream coming true. However I must admit that it seemed way more easy than it actually was. First I was thinking of a very clean and simple crossbody bag but since my blog is all about journeys there needed to be a link with traveling and new adventures. So a backpack then? The story would have been right but for some reason I just don’t like to wear them except when I go hiking but that hardly ever happens. While overthinking the bag project a long forgotten memory of my mom wearing her old school bum bag popped up in my mind. Both my parents used to have the same one in a different color and they always used it when we went on holiday.

So a fanny pack it was! Picking a color wasn’t that hard since I prefer black bags and in general I just wanted to keep things simple. Two light golden zippers in the front, a black leather strap and a clasp to wear it as a belt are the only details. Good thing is that you can actually wear it as a bum, cross body and shoulder bag. Being multifunctional should become my middle name 😉

If you’re still looking for a new accessory or an exclusive Christmas gift… the Fanny Pack can be ordered via b@double-stitched.com. It’s available with key wallet (248€) and without (like you see it on the pictures, for 199€). The bag is made in Belgium, from 100% leather and limited edition. On the 3rd of December it will be launched so if you’d like to join us to check the Fanny Pack out in real life you can always leave your e-mail in a comment, via mail or on Facebook.
